  • I deeply value your privacy and autonomy. For that reason, I work independently.

    I do offer a monthly superbill, which is available upon request.

    PPO insurance plans will often accept superbills from out-of-network private practice therapists and allow you to receive partial compensation for session fees. You would be responsible for submitting these superbills to your insurance company.

    It may be helpful for you to reach out to your insurance company first to determine how much they can reimburse you.

  • Therapy is a financial, time, and emotional investment in you.

    Individual Sessions (45 to 50 minutes): $190

    Couples Sessions (50 to 60 minutes): $205

    Family Sessions (50 to 60 minutes): $205

    I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on need, and I provide reduced fees for multiple times a week therapy.

  • Session can be paid by debit, credit, FSA, or HSA cards. I also accept payments via Zelle.

  • I ask for at least 48 hours of cancellation notice prior to our scheduled session by means of email or voicemail. If I do not receive adequate notice, the full session fee will be charged.

    However, there will be no late cancellation charge if we are able to reschedule within the same session period.

  • Prior to the initial session, I will send you a link to set up your client portal. Here you can access and fill out paperwork for us to begin our work together.

    At your session, we will review questions you had about the paperwork, spend time getting to know you, address what brings you into therapy, and set up goals for treatment.

    The first several sessions allow me to get a sense of what has been going on for you and what we will be addressing in treatment.

  • Sessions are typically 45 minutes for individuals and 50 minutes for couples and families. I have found therapy works best weekly for most people. Consistent sessions are key to building a good rapport, progress/growth, and a secure safe space.

  • If we are scheduled for an in-person session we will meet at my office in downtown Fullerton. I am located at 1370 N. Brea Blvd, Suite 234, Fullerton CA 92835 at the Hillcrest Office Park. Upon your arrival, please use you phone to scan the QR code that is hanging in the lobby to check-in.

    If we are set for an online session / teletherapy appointment, you will receive an email with a link to our session and I will join you at the scheduled time. I look forward to our time together.

  • I offer HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions through Simple Practice so that you can participate from the comforts of your own home. You will receive an email with a link prior session to access our scheduled time.

    For telehealth sessions please remember to:

    • Have a secure WIFI signal

    • Be in a private location so that there are no unwanted interruptions

    • Use your headphones if needed

  • There is an ADA-compliant ramp (northeast end of the building) from the parking lot to the courtyard as well as a large elevator to reach my second-floor office. If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
